Spiritual Wellness Startup Emerging Vision Raises $ 4 Million in Series A Funding

NEW DELHI: Online spiritual wellness firm Emerging Vision on Tuesday raised $ 4 million as part of its Series A funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.

With this round, the company has raised a total of $ 5 million to date. He will use the proceeds of the round to scale up his operations.

The two-year platform is a global online spiritual wellness platform that facilitates interactive face-to-face consultations with verified astrologers, tarot readers, life coaches and mentors.

Emerging Vision’s Android app is called Guruji while its iOS offering is called Teller. The apps are designed with Gen Z and digital native users in mind.

The company’s Guruji and Teller apps offer free live public sessions that allow users to understand the service, and paid private live sessions for personalized consultations.

The free live sessions on Emerging Vision’s apps operate on a freemium model, in which users have a paid “call” option to initiate a quick consultation to gain personal engagement with astrologers.

“Spiritual services have played a key role in people’s lives, and today’s younger generation is eager to embrace new ways of implementing them into their daily routines. Emerging Vision provides a holistic platform for these consumers, balancing spiritual well-being with its accessibility. We are delighted to move forward with the support of Lightspeed, ”said Saarthak Singh, co-founder of Emerging Vision.

Within 18 months of its Android launch and three months after its iOS launch, Emerging Vision had already achieved annualized revenue of $ 6 million, the company said.

The platform currently has 180,000 visits per month with around 30% of new users returning to consult the application the following month.

“Emerging Vision has created a transformative approach to spiritual wellness at a time when the global demand for wellness solutions is increasing rapidly. We are delighted to support the Emerging Vision team as they take the next fundamental steps to expand their platforms into more markets and redefine spiritual wellness on a global scale, ”said Akshay Bhushan, Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Emerging Vision now has a team of over 550 verified astrologers who cover the fields of astrology, tarot reading, palmistry and numerology.
